Every rupee saved on site is first saved on paper. Our consultation practice brings the civil engineer, the architect and the interior designer to one table, so the drawings you build from are coordinated, approvable and buildable.

The bones of the building — designed, not assumed.
Structural design by a licensed civil engineer: footing and column schedules sized to the soil report, slab and beam design, and bar-bending schedules the contractor can actually follow. We also check existing structures before extensions and renovations.
Plans that breathe, elevations that age well.
Floor plans worked out around light, ventilation and your routine; elevations developed in 3D before a brick is laid; and the municipal submission set prepared so approvals move without surprises. Vastu preferences are built in from the first sketch, not patched later.
Rooms planned to the last drawer.
Space planning, furniture layouts and material boards for homes and workplaces — with every wardrobe, kitchen and ceiling detailed in millimetres so the factory and the site build exactly what you approved on screen.
Turnkey Construction
Design, materials, labour and supervision under a single fixed-price contract with milestone-linked payments. You deal with one accountable team from the first excavation to the day the keys are handed over.

Foundation to painted, finished house.
Excavation, RCC frame, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, bathrooms, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing and painting — built to a written specification in Economical, Standard or Premium packages, with cube tests, level checks and photo reports at every stage.
Move-in ready, factory-finished.
Modular kitchens, wardrobes, living and dining units, false ceilings, lighting and wall finishes — manufactured in the factory, installed on site and supervised by the designer who drew them. Delivered in Economical, Standard or Premium packages with a 5-year woodwork warranty.
