Information you give us

• Contact details: full name, mobile number and email address.
• Project details: site location or city, project type, services you are interested in, BHK configuration, built-up area, budget range, selected packages or sub-services, and any message you write to us.
• Quotation and booking details: calculator selections, quotation reference and estimated amount, and your preferred site-visit date and time slot.
• Information shared during the project: site photographs, plot or property documents, drawings, approvals and other material you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date/time of access, kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Browser storage: our website stores small preferences in your browser (for example, so our enquiry pop-up is not shown to you repeatedly). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account details, passwords or health information through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your enquiry by call, WhatsApp or email.
• To prepare cost estimates, quotations and service proposals.
• To schedule and conduct site visits and consultations.
• To prepare agreements, deliver our services and manage your project.

We contact you only about your enquiry or project. We do not send unrelated promotional messages without your consent, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website hosting and email providers, under appropriate confidentiality.
• Project partners such as structural consultants, contractors and vendors, only to the extent needed to carry out your project.
• Government or legal authorities, when required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

Our website shows an embedded Google Map and loads fonts from Google. When these load, Google may receive your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Access to enquiry and client data is restricted to authorised MAYA personnel using protected logins, and passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form. We take regular backups to prevent data loss. While we follow reasonable security practices, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

• Enquiries that do not become projects: kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
• Client and project records: kept for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as required under applicable tax, accounting and contract laws.
• Server logs: kept for a limited period for security purposes.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
• Ask us to erase your data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected or for any legal obligation.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, but we may be unable to continue providing services that depend on it.
